The collection contains 4 color transparencies of a 300 year old maple tree in North Garden, Albemarle County, together with a handdrawn map to its location. There are also 8 black and white photographs, 1974, and copies of photographs, 1925-1938, of Rogers, his grandparents' [?] grave in North Garden, Va., George and Mandy Howard of North Garden and a spring between North Garden and Batesville. A letter from Murrell Edmunds discusses the forthcoming publication of his book.
